Shell appeared to be doomed. This brindled pit bull was abandoned at the shelter at the age of 11. Her sorrowful eyes seemed to plead for help, and we felt her anguish deeply. Fortunately, FOACAS found her a foster home that initially seemed to care for her. However, misfortune struck again. When a child on a scooter zoomed past, Shell growled in fear, leading the child’s family to insist that she must leave. The foster wanted to return her to the shelter, and FOACAS was desperate. It seemed that Shell was doomed once more.

Then, a miracle happened: we discovered a family eager to adopt her. Shell celebrated her thirteenth birthday with a joyful party and a canine-friendly cake. Now she has a loving family, and most importantly, she has a life filled with love.
