It is with great excitement and anticipation that I am pleased to let you know that the TRF4P&A will be making a grant to Friends of All Critters at Shelters. On behalf the TRF, I am pleased to be the bearer of this good news. We find the work of FOACAS to be resonant with the values of Tommy, and are inspired by the work that you do to alleviate the pain and suffering of animals. Please look for a grant from us; it will be arriving via the The Greater Washington Community Foundation.
